Role Purpose:
Develop B2B propositions and Pricing strategies for all B2B segments/Channels
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
  • Accountable to develop clear and consistent differentiated messages and propositions for all of B2B Segments/customers. 

  • Accountable to track, analyse, and prepare appropriate responses to competitor pricing. This should provide B2B segments Heads with clear guidelines on communications and example marketing materials.

  • Accountable of the Business Cases for all B2B propositions.

  • Accountable to create White papers and case studies

  • Accountable to determine the financial profitability of the products and programs to be launched in B2B.

  • Work with customer value management (CVM) team to understand and calculate the value of each business customer.  These insights should be incorporated into sales processes, especially offers, promotions, telesales, and customer service centres.

  • Coordinate with partners to manage joint marketing programmes as the Ooredoo B2B portfolio expands to include partner products, e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, Google, etc.

  • Strong supporting roadmap for product propositions

  • Headline Themes for differentiation in markets

  • Working with the Head of B2B marketing and branding team to define propositions and supporting brand attributes.

  • Work with B2B segments head to develop offers and promos for the B2B segments align with the proposition guidelines and messages.

  • Prepare documentation and conduct presentations to relevant stakeholders.

  • Work closely with Business Intelligence, Finance, Sales and B2B Marketing teams and upper management.

  • Work closely with Sales Managers to provide the best estimation of sales targets, and provide important input for building Business Cases.

  • Stay informed about products and services offered by the competition to ensure Ooredoo Telecom remains competitive in the market
  • Attend Operations and b2b Marketing meetings as required.

  • Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.

  • Attend Training Programs, Courses, Seminars, conferences, vendor meetings, User Groups and presentations to be ready with the latest business ideas. 

  • Other duties as directed by the Manager or other superiors.



  • Required 3+ years of experience based on progression ladder.

  • Direct experience in B2B Marketing, ideally in the mobile industry or as a second preference fixed line telecommunications/IT.

  • Experience developing marketing collateral for central knowledge management platform

  • Ability to work with product managers to integrate product management output into wider business mobility value propositions.

  • Understanding of important B2B industry analysts and experience working with them.

  • Demonstrate significant literacy in all elements of mobile voice and data, fixed voice and data, Hosting/Cloud Services and Unified Communications, especially the value to businesses.

  • Strong consultative and influencing skills are essential for success in the role.

  • Knowledge and understanding of standards, methodologies and procedures.

  • Fluent verbal/written communication in English. Arabic is an advantage.

  • Strong Analytical skills

  • Strong research skills

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor degree in Business Intelligence, Research, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline and appropriate registration with a recognized professional institute.

  • MBA would be a plus.

  • Project Management certification is an advantage.

  • Strong experience in each area described in “Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge”

  • Direct product development and portfolio management.

  • Ideally Mobile and Fixed Telco experience and also some IT products and services.
